**About the Venue**

Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, bringing a fresh and focused identity to the indoor space while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar.

Rooted in Greek-fired flavours and infused with the laidback, sun-soaked energy of Bondi, Etheus offers a bold new culinary direction. The menu will celebrate the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, interpreted with local produce and Bondi flair.

**About the role**

We’re looking for **experienced bartenders** to shake, stir and pour with confidence while delivering an exceptional bar experience in our Bondi dining room. You’ll bring energy and creativity to the team, along with strong product knowledge and a passion for hospitality.

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- Have proven bartending experience (cocktail and wine knowledge a big bonus)
- Can thrive in a busy, fast-paced venue
- Love working with people and bring positive energy to the bar and floor
- Are passionate about drinks, trends, and elevating the guest experience
