**Damage Assessment**: Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage to bodywork and frames.
- **Disassembly**: Removing damaged parts, trim, and interior components to gain access to the damaged areas.
- **Panel Repair & Replacement**: Using various techniques, including hammering, straightening, filling, and sanding, to fix dents and reshape damaged panels. Replacing badly damaged sections or entire panels when repairs are not feasible.
- **Structural Restoration**: Straightening and aligning vehicle frames and unibodies to ensure structural integrity.
- **Welding**: Using welding equipment to cut and join new or replacement sections of bodywork.
- **Panel Fitting**: Fitting repaired or replacement panels and refitting body hardware, such as locks and trims.

Additional Duties
- **Estimates and Insurance**: Providing cost estimates for repairs and liaising with insurance companies on behalf of customers.
- **Specialized Repairs**: Working on custom vehicles, vintage cars, or even trucks and motorcycles.
- **Painting**: Some panel beaters also perform spray painting to match the vehicle's original colour.
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting repaired vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
