**Job Description**:
Joining the commercial heart of our hotel and reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will:

- secure conference and event bookings, from enquiry through to contracting - including accommodation, event space and food & beverage packages
- liaise with Event Planning and Reservations teams to successfully handover confirmed events
- host site inspections for new and existing clients, PCOs and event planners
- develop relationships with key clients and represent the hotel at networking events

**Qualifications**:
While no specific qualifications are required for this role, proven experience in the following areas are required:

- building strong relationships with our guests and with colleagues
- excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- desire for continued growth and driven to meet team and individual targets
- knowledge of or previous experience in MICE Sales is preferred
- alternatively, experience in a sales role in a standalone function space or prior experience in a hotel environment
- DELPHI and OPERA system experience is desirable but not vital
