**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our BMU service division in Sydney. You will be required to carry out a variety of maintenance inspections, repairs and modifications, installs & upgrades on BMU’s (Building Maintenance Units) throughout the Sydney CBD.

- Planned Preventative Maintenance & Repairs to Building Maintenance Units (BMUs),
- Height Access Installations & Certifications
- High Rise Window Cleaning, and
- Commercial & Remedial Construction.

**About You**
- Electricians Licence
- Drivers Licence,
- Clean police record,
- General Construction Induction (White Card)
- Working at Heights (GDP can organise if not)
- Excellent punctuality, Highly motivated and a great team player,
- Good mechanical/electrical Aptitude
- In depth understanding of OH&S regulations,
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and effectively,
- Must have good spoken and written English skills for writing detailed Service reports and communicating with clients.
- Ability to work autonomously.

**Further experience in any of the following areas will provide you with a distinct advantage**:

- Trade certificate in Mechanical or maintenance fitting,
- Experience with Automation equipment including PLC’s,
- Previous experience in BMU, Crane, plant or process machinery operation and servicing,

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Electrical/Mechanical: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Work Safely at Heights (preferred)
