Randwick, Australia We Need a Nanny Full time

**Our Family**:

- Hi, we have three lovely children. Girl Aged 6. Boys Aged 9 and 10 (going into years 1, 4 and 5 respectively). I am solo Dad with wife working away for another 6 months but this role will be for atleast next 2 years (2025, 2026). I have been doing this solo for past 6 months but now need help with the kids and running of the house. They all walk to school and goto the same local school. The boys are classified on the spectrum, saying that function well and are delightful to be with. We are without mum - so they miss her, thus we need help both in admin and in day to day support of the kids. I require help in the mornings 7am to 9am Monday to Thursday. and help in the afternoons from 2.45pm to approx 6.45pm again Monday to Thursday. I have been doing this solo for past 8 months and love doing it but want support and help so the kids can be their best both together and individually.

**Your Duties**:

- Help kids with homework. Assist in them getting ready for school (they mostly make their own lunches now, sometimes need help) and walking them to school (we have a car when it is raining). Help kids participate in placing plates etc into dishwasher. Afternoons, need help at home as at times i take one or two kids to after school activities. Happy to chat about this routine. Hence at times, you may have three kids or more likely have one or two pending the after school activities. Help with the household include online grocery shopping, sorting washing. We also have a small dog which will become your best friend...if this is an issue please let me know.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Ability to work autonomy without me. Confident in dealing with one to three kids at a time pending on the afternoon set up. Able to work with me as at times my work schedule (have my own business) takes adhoc video calls etc. Can sit down with each child and interact with them, play games, help with home work and reason etc. And also assist in them becoming little by little bit more independent. Each one has 'jobs' each day to contribute to the house.
