**The role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Management Office Lead within our Air Combat and Electronic Attack (ACEA) Program team at RAAF Amberley. Embedded within the Change Team - your mission will be to manage projects to enhance the capabilities of Defence’s F/A-18 Super Hornet and EA-18 Growler Fleet.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and management of all assigned projects within the Change Team.
- Embodied in this role is the responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction.
- Responsible for planning, control and reporting of projects.
- Project risk and issue management.
- Coordination of project deliverables as per requirements.
- Provide key communication and stakeholder management for assigned projects.
- Leadership and management of the Raytheon ACEA Embedded Team.

**The person**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated skills in financial cost control utilising earned value principle
- Proven understanding of the defence environment - with a minimum of 8 years in Project Management and / or engineering on Defence sustainment support projects
- Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance
- Proven in-depth experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams, to include organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments.
