About the opportunity- Key leadership position working across Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg and Werribee Mercy Hospital- Expert clinical advisor for educational strategies related to Resuscitation- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate and lead multidisciplinary education programs that align with the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines- Coordinate quality improvement activities

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- Registered Nurse Division One with the AHPRA- Post-Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience in a critical care area- ARC Course Instructor (Desirable)- Previous experience in the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs- Post-Graduate qualification in education- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution- Current accredited Advanced Life Support Adult and Paediatric certification- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
