Trainer and Assessor

**Trainer and Assessor required for CERT III In Early Childhood Education and Care (Bilingual 'Mandarin')**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Deliver Certificate III in Early Childhood Educationa and care course in the classroom environment and on Online Platforms.
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of Course
- Monitor, mark and conduct student assessments
- Plan, Review and improve training and assessment
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation and continuous improvement
- Conduct workplace visits for Observations.

**Requirements**:

- Speaking **Mandarin (Chinese) will have preference**:

- A strong understanding of child care Industry
- 1 year experience in teaching or Lecturing is desirable but not essential
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first class face to face and online education
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities
- A high level of attention to quality and detail
- Commitment, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as part of a growing team
- Continuing professional development requirements of the professional body to which they belong
- A relevant vocational qualification of Childcare is a must
- Minimum of 1 years Industrial/professional experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
- Working with Children Check
- Language Literacy and Numeracy level which is appropriate to teach others

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 7 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
