We are a bakery located in the beautiful luxe Sanctuary Cove, committed to delivering exceptional coffee and baked goods to our customers. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up outdoor terrace area for customers, maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages in a busy environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and workspace throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be reliable and punctual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $22.22 - $36.68 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
