We have an exciting opportunity for a National Reliability Analyst to join the Tip Top team. Supporting the National Reliability Manager and Site Reliability teams, this role is responsible to provide analytics and insights to the site reliability teams to improve maintenance planning, spares availability and minimize downtime. This role is flexible to be based at our Chullora NSW, Dandenong VIC, Dry Creek SA or Springwood QLD site.
This role will involve interstate travel as required.
Purpose of the Role
- Support sites to ensure all required data is captured within MEX to drive the KPIs set out, including PM Completion rate, Cost of downtime
- Analyse outputs from OFS, MEX and other systems to drive insights to the site teams to improve reliability and work planning
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to understand the impact of upcoming work and communicate effectively to minimise disruptions
- Provide data support to the reliability teams to drive inventory and work order management, preventative maintenance scheduling and MAI reporting
- Assist in investigation and sharing of RCAs on all major breakdowns
- Establish asset master data, including asset criticality, work priority, and failure codes with support from the reliability engineering function
- Perform asset data integrity health checks
- Prepare reports, presentations and develop recommendations for improved asset reliability

About You
- Trade background (Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering) within a manufacturing industry required
- Planning/data analytics experience
- Microsoft Office skills including excel
- Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
