**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Salary**:$107,031 - $119,874 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:2 x 0.4 EFT - part-time.
**Location**:Chadstone campus - onsite parking and close proximity to public transport
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period.
We are seeking two lecturer’s to teach in Fashion at Holmesglen You will deliver courses to Higher Education Fashion Design students, ensuring industry-aligned teaching, assessment, and student engagement. You will also contribute to program development, promotional activities, and compliance with academic standards.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Preparing and delivering Fashion Design courses while maintaining accurate student records and assessment timelines.
- Providing student feedback, consultation, and support through industry excursions and learning activities.
- Contributing to course development, promotional events, and community engagement.
- Engaging in professional development, industry collaboration, and ensuring compliance with Institute policies.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge of Higher Education pedagogy, curriculum development, and student learning methodologies.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is mandatory; PhD or progress towards is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and implement applied learning curriculum across various delivery modes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to positive change and continuous improvement.
- Ability to meet teaching, administrative, and compliance requirements in a Higher Education setting.
