**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in producing accurate working drawings and documentation for residential projects including single dwellings, duplexes, and custom builds
- Update and amend architectural plans based on feedback from clients, consultants, or internal teams
- Ensure all plans comply with relevant building codes, council requirements, and regulations
- Support the preparation of plans for Development Applications (DA), Construction Certificates (CC), and other approvals
- Maintain organised drawing files and documentation across multiple projects
- Liaise with internal departments (estimating, construction, and approvals) to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to drafting and design as required
**Skills & Qualifications**
- TAFE certificate, diploma, or tertiary qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit)
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members
- Knowledge of residential construction methods and terminology (preferred)
- Familiarity with local building codes and council requirements (advantageous)
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Erina NSW 2250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Drafting: 1 year (preferred)
