**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking full-time Groundsperson / Greenkeepers to join our hard working maintenance team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This position requires an experienced, professional, reliable and well organised person to work a variety of days and shifts.

Your key responsibilities and duties include:

- Your number one priority will be to maintain the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas, including: golf course, gardens, lawns, pool areas, and other common areas;
- Undertake grounds care including; mowing, fertilising, and gardening.
- Assist in Irrigation system maintenance and management
- Carry out the maintenance of all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required)
- Assist in caring and servicing the pool and spa areas;
- Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm and report accordingly; and
- Build & maintain professional and courteous relationships with guests, co-workers and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of turf management, horticulture, machinery and irrigation
- Formal Qualifications (minimum: Certificate III in Sports Turf Management)
- Strong knowledge of chemicals (AQF 3)
- Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills
