About the role
- You will provide administrative support throughout the practices, primarily based at the Richmond location.
- Complying with company procedures and protocols.
- Processing and allocating payments received from patients.
- You may be required to perform some sterilisation and/or dental assistant duties when needed to support the team or assist in covering lunch breaks.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Chairside assistance for all types of dentistry, including General, Surgical, Implants and Prosthetics.
- Charting and clinical notes.
- Ensure high quality infection control.
- Surgical level sterilisation processing
- Process dental x-rays
- Surgery stock control and processing laboratory requirements.
- Occasional reception duties, including processing payments using HICAPS.

- Able to work calmly and efficiently whilst providing a professional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
