Plumbing Surveyor/graduate

We are looking for a suitably qualified experienced **Plumbing Surveyor** or **Graduate Plumbing Surveyor** to join the Building and Plumbing team. You will be required to act as a permit authority, assess and issue permits and deal with plumbing compliance matters as they relate to Council’s obligations under the _Building Act 2016_.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A sound understanding and experience of the _Building Act_ _2016 _and associated regulations and be proficient in interpreting and assess working drawings against relevant legislation.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and a commitment to offering quality customer service.

**Qualifications required**:

- Certificate III or IV in Plumbing and hold a current Tasmanian Plumbing Licence.

**Salary range**:$81,525.16 to $100,537.63 plus superannuation
