We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Support Worker to assist an elderly married couple in their private residence. One participant is living with dementia, requiring attentive and knowledgeable care. The successful applicant must hold a minimum qualification of Enrolled Nurse (EN) to ensure appropriate clinical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide respectful and dignified **personal care** (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Support with **medication management** as per care plan and clinical guidelines.
- Assist with **community access** including appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Perform light **domestic assistance** including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with family and health professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:Enrolled Nurse (EN)** with current registration.
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with **dementia**.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach to care.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in a home care or aged care setting.
- Understanding of the NDIS and aged care quality standards.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Licence/Certification:

- enrolled nurse qualification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
