**About the company**:
This company was established over fifteen years ago & has forged a great reputation for itself within the New South Wales ground engineering sector. Initially establishing a client base within steel, bored, grout & CFA piling they have continued to evolve into other areas of ground engineering & are capable of fulfilling small intricate projects to medium sized works. Led by an exceptional management team, this company will continue to expand over the coming years.

**About the Roles**:
We are seeking a Piling Site Supervisor for their piling projects (CFA, Bored, large & small scale piling). Work is predominately in Sydney, however, there may be some interstate work from time to time

**About the Duties**:

- Reporting to the Operations Manager,
- You will have full responsibility on site
- Client and contractor liaison
- Responsible for resourcing plant, materials & equipment,
- Allocation of labour
- Manage the piling crews
- Conduct levels
- Drive the project forward
- Keep accurate site records
- Enforce OH&S

**About the Requirements**:

- Ideally have a proven track record in the piling sector
- A solid understanding of various piling techniques - CFA, Bored etc
- Deliver piling projects in a timely, cost-effective & safe manner
- Ability to motivate and manage the piling crews
- Strong leadership skills
- Good work ethic
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Have a solid understanding of ordering plant, machinery & materials
- Strong OH&S awareness is also vital.
