**About Us**:
NRMA Parks and Resorts are an industry leader in the dynamic Holiday Park sector, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 48 parks in iconic tourism locations around Australia. We are a wholly-owned entity of the NRMA, Australia's largest member-owned organisation with over 100 years of operations in motoring and tourism services. **The Role**:
We are seeking a new recruit on a Full Time basis, to join our activities team on the Gold Coast's, NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort. You will be responsible for leading, instructing and delivering a new, specialised, themed, outdoor activities program for our guests who are young and young at heart. You will also supervise, train and mentor other team members, in the delivery of the program. Our activities team are the life of the party and provide a number of experiences for our guest, up to 365 days a year.

- Confident working with people of all ages
- Ability to facilitate outdoor activities and entertainment for large number of children/guests
- Can assist in developing and implementing procedures that are environmentally sustainable
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment especially through peak periods
- Confident talking on a microphone when hosting trivia nights, game shows, dance parties etc
- Not afraid to make a fool of yourself
- Strong customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Cash handling experience
- Mandatory current state-based Working with Children's Check or Blue Card (MUST be valid)
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
