**Role: Data SDM** **Location: Sydney, Australia** **Experience: 10+ years** **Requirements**: - Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and delivering regular updates. - Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan sprints, define user stories, and set achievable goals. - Scope Management: Ensure the project scope is clearly defined and manage changes effectively. - Team Coordination: Foster a collaborative environment, resolve impediments, and support team members in achieving sprint goals. - Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of project requirements, user stories, and progress. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality are maintained throughout the migration process. - Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Resource Management: Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure adequate resources are available for the project. - Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust priorities as needed. - Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their Agile practices and technical skills. - Budget Management: Oversee project budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and learning from past experiences. - Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with stakeholders. - Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve Agile processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Compliance: Ensure the project complies with organizational standards, policies, and regulations. - Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively. - Innovation: Encourage innovative solutions and approaches to meet project objectives. **MUST HAVE**: - Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) - Strong understanding of big data technologies and migration processes (Hadoop, AWS services) - Proven experience as a Agile Delivery Manager - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines" About Us: We are **Delivery Centric**, a dynamic technology company that is transforming the delivery of cloud implementations and Cyber security.
