**About the Company**

Our client is an Australian insurance company that has been helping Australians protect what is important to them for over 20 years. Part of their operational culture is to provide a simple, quick, and positive experience for customers who need to make a claim on their insurance.

Our client focuses on providing affordable, straightforward cover, securing new customers and servicing existing customers by offering insurance with easy claims unique to the client’s needs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Previous Customer Service experience (hospitality, retail or contact centre)
- High attention to detail and computer literacy
- Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets in a high paced sales role with the ability to handle objections, and close the sale
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and administration skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Converting sales opportunities and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Forward-thinking, target focused and driven
