About the Role
Lead and coordinate staff to uphold patient safety and quality in healthcare delivery while fostering a high-performance team culture focused on engagement and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Managers, Trade Supervisors, and facility stakeholders to provide evidence-based advice on facility changes.
Participate in working groups, strategic planning, procurement evaluation panels, and plant maintenance strategies to support operational goals.
