**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trade Assistant with some welding experience to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work close to home in Kirrawee, enjoy a great work-life balance, and grow with a supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manufacturing team with various tasks and projects.
- Support the assembly processes.
- Perform basic welding tasks, MIG welding with thin mild steel.
- Operate tools and equipment with and without supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Comply with WH&S practices.
- Assist with storeperson tasks including unloading containers.
- Perform other tasks as required.

**About You**:

- Some welding experience, particularly with MIG welding.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic understanding of computers.

- Basic wiring experience (electric motors and switches).
- Experience with hand and power tools would be advantageous.
