NoosaCare is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant for our General Manager, Clinical (GMC). This is a newly created role, supporting primarily our GMC and our clinical and care teams in ensuring all of the administrative functions are undertaken to an exceptional standard. **As Resident Concierge at NoosaCare you will**:
This newly created role at NoosaCare will be highly important as it is important residents and their families entering into the NoosaCare facility. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and working closely with the broader NoosaCare team, this role will ensure that residents are orientated and understand their rights while residing at NoosaCare. This position will ensure that all residents are receiving the highest quality of support in relation to the services and environment outside of the clinical care services. This is an agile role that requires a diverse range of skills and abilities including:

- High level of respectful communication skills across a diverse audience.
- Provision of excellent and confidential support, reporting and collation of information.
- Managing, responding and acting on resident and family issues, complaints and feedback and tracking and reporting against outcomes.
- Be compliant with all documentation requirements, including reporting to the line supervisor in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in appropriate learning and development opportunities.

**About you: **
- 2+ years’ experience in providing concierge, case management or similar support.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Standards and their requirements.
- Friendly, positive and respectful attitude.
- Qualifications and/or experience in business administration are desirable.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to provide high quality service, with attention to detail and a solution focused approach to resolve issues effectively.
- The ability to be accountable, working both as part of a diverse team and autonomously at times.
- High level communication skills and the ability to interpret and coordinate varying forms of communication.

Pay: $29.04 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
