**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on the creation of a Primary Healthcare Framework as foreseen in the MSF OCA medical/operational strategy.
- Contribute to testing, development, and implementation of a proven contextualized approach to Primary Healthcare program delivery in MSF OCA.
- Co-convene a PHC-specialist working group within MSF OCA (together with TIC project lead).
- Lead on documentation and development on programmatic guidance in the PHC-Framework.
- Liaise with MSF OCA L&D department to create an e-learning training module on basic and Primary Healthcare.
- Work collaboratively with the PHC TIC team, MSF OCA Human-Centered Design consultancy, project teams and other stakeholders to implement the new approach.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Extensive MSF Field experience
- Experience in healthcare delivery, including experience with Primary Health care delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Primary Healthcare practices, policies, and regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing healthcare frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
