This is your opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team at Moore Park Golf. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy.

Key day-to-day duties of this role include:

- Making coffee
- Serving beers and wines
- Set the pastry and sandwich display
- Toast and serve sandwiches
- Explain the menu to guests
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items
- Use touch screen point of sale to place orders
- Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or daily specials
- Clear and reset tables
- Ensuring areas are clean and tidy
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

There is also an opportunity to be apart of events at Moore Park Golf. We host a range of corporate meetings and presentations, cocktail events, weddings and social events. So there is a lot of diversity in this role and lots of things to learn.
- A friendly, customer focused attitude
- An initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- A Food Handler's Certificate (can be obtained after employment)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent Barista skills will be highly regarded
- A high standard of grooming and presentation
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends

**Salary**: $28.46 - $62.62 per hour
