Sunshine Kindy (SK), is a beautiful boutique service, located on gorgeous park-like grounds. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educator to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about early childhood education and take S’Ks already outstanding educational program to the next level.

As an experienced qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will work as part of our team to provide quality education and care while observing the policies, procedures, values and philosophy of SK. You will support children in their development and physical care whilst continuing to extend and build on your practices through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.

As a valued member of our leadership team, you will support educators to observe and document children’s learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of our Service. It’s your drive to learn, grow and ultimately build a career nurturing a love of learning for children in their early years that will guarantee your success with us at SK.

Essential criteria
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
- Commitment to the holistic development of their classroom
