**The Role**
We are now seeking an influential leader to join our Australian Design client in their idyllic Noosa location - this is your opportunity to leave your mark in one of the most iconic holiday destinations in the country

The Noosa Boutique Manager will be responsible for leading the store team and visually emulating the brand vision & values. They will provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and will have the ability to confidently execute all operational activity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI’s set by the brand are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
- Confidently lead, develop, motivate, support and succession your team to succeed.
- Implement in-store training to deliver excellence.
- Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.
- Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.
- Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
- Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
- Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.
- Ensure shop-floor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.
- Be creative. Explore new ways to lead your team and store to success.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (ideally in luxury fashion)
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail.
- Have excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong business management acumen.
- Be a dynamic and hands-on leader who leads by example.
- A leader who is passionate about motivating and coaching a team to succeed.
- High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
