Nanny / Mother's Helper for Boys Aged 6, 4, and 4 Months

**Our Family**:
- We are a family of Mum, Dad and three boys aged 6 yrs, 4 yrs, and 4 months old. Our boys have lots of energy They are loud, love to play, and can test boundaries, but have very kind hearts. Mum has returned to work as a Yoga/Pilates instructor and study. Her schedule is very up and down at the moment. Dad works late and wakes late :) Our eldest boys are in year 1 and kindy 5 days per week. Whilst bub has just started in ELC. Our current Nanny is moving overseas in September and we are hoping to find a new Nanny to start in August, perhaps even July to initially shadow our existing Nanny, and build a relationship with our family.
**Your Duties**:
- General childcare and "nanny" duties. - School and activity drop-off, pick-up. - Help with "homework" / encourage learning tasks through play during care. - Take kids on outings to park, Scitech, etc. - Help tidy play room and with light laundry (fold and put away clothes). - Easy meal prep or serving meals. Rinsing dirty dishes, tidying up after meals. - At this stage, care of all 3 boys at once is highly unlikely. If so, it would only be for an hour or two maximum. Most care would either be of the 6 and 4 yr old, OR of the 4 month old. We are looking for someone who can offer general flexibility. We can pay a weekly wage for an agreed number of hours, maybe 20 hrs - whether or not we end up needing you for those times, you will be paid the weekly wage. Additional hours will be paid on top. So you will be paid to be available over certain hours. We will aim to lock in the weekly schedules 2 weeks in advance, but things can change slightly as we go. General times for the moment are morning blocks from approx. 6am to 9am with school drop off, or to 11am if looking after baby. Some afternoon blocks needed if Mum is teaching an afternoon class, approx. 3pm to 6.30pm. Weekends sometimes a morning block, or an afternoon block - or off. Depending on Mum's work roster or if any activities on. Hourly rate to depend on experience and qualifications, starting at $35 per hour. Travel costs for travel within work hours will be compensated.

- Essentially a big sister who is firm, confident, but very fun - Patient. - Easy going. - Open minded. - Kind. - Imaginative. - Proactive. - Energetic. - Genuinely enjoys playtime and having fun with kids, being silly. - Confident and able to hold firm boundaries, whilst being kind. - Trustworthy and extremely reliable. - Experience with boys is a bonus. - Experience with children aged 4 to 12 months also a bonus. - Flexible in terms of scheduling, within reason. - Driver's licence and safe vehicle. I will provide child safety seats (for the older boys, we have easy to fit and remove booster seats). - Not planning on any travel or relocating within 12 months at least. This is a long-term position.
