**About Us**
Tavara Path is expanding rapidly across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. We have multiple opportunities available for reliable Residential Cleaners to join our team and deliver exceptional cleaning services to homes across the region.

**Role Overview**
As a Residential Cleaner you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to homes throughout the Northern Beaches & North Shore area. You will work independently or as part of a small team, travel between client locations and ensure each home meets our rigorous standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential homes, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising bathrooms and kitchens, emptying bins and replenishing supplies.
- Travel between client properties across the Northern Beaches and North Shore regions.
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance, arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Report any maintenance issues, client concerns or irregularities to the operations manager.
- Use (or, if provided, familiarise yourself with) cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.

**Essential Requirements**
- Must **reside** in the Northern Beaches or North Shore area (this is non-negotiable).
- Must have a **valid Australian driver’s licence** and access to your **own car** for travel between job sites.
- Must hold an **ABN** (Australian Business Number) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Ideally have your own cleaning equipment; if not, equipment _can be provided_.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding cleaning results.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good time-management skills and able to travel across suburbs in the required area.
- Professional, friendly attitude with clients and strong work ethic.
- Previous residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential — we will train the right person.
