As a Care Worker with us, you'll have the opportunity to provide customized care services, such as assistance with daily living activities, transportation, personal hygiene support, and emotional companionship. You'll promote clients' independence and dignity while building positive and trusting relationships with them and their families. Additionally, you'll help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with household duties, including meal preparation and housekeeping.

We offer flexible working hours, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. To be eligible for this role, you'll need at least one year of experience in the care industry, a relevant qualification, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds and have a valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

If you plan to transport clients, you'll need a valid First Aid Certificate and comprehensive insurance, as well as a driver's license and reliable transportation.
