**The Role**

Kareena Private Hospital is seeking for an experience and enthusiastic Barista / Catering Assistant to join our Patient Catering team. In this role you will be working within a fast-paced team that thrives to deliver Patient oriented customer service.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assist in basic food preparation and setting up patient meal trays
- Take patients’ food and drink orders
- Deliver beverages and meals to the patients’ rooms
- Clean the food service areas and assist with dishwashing, putting stock away and stock rotation
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control, food safety and allergen management

**About You**
- Positive and energetic team player
- Enjoy customer focused roles and caring for people
- Experience in food service
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Attention to detail and a can do attitude
- Certificate II or Certificate III in hospitality (desirable though not essential)
- Previous experience in a prep kitchen or hospital environment (desirable though not essential)

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
