**The Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Welfare Worker to join our Brisbane team. This full-time role involves providing in-home and community-based support to clients with diverse needs, including NDIS participants, aged care clients, individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, and culturally diverse backgrounds.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide practical support in line with clients’ care plans, including personal care, domestic tasks, and community participation.
- Assist clients to build skills for independent living and social engagement.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and other support services to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide guidance and mentoring for clients requiring psychosocial recovery support.
- Monitor and report on clients’ wellbeing, maintaining accurate records and case notes.
- Travel to clients’ homes safely and professionally across Brisbane.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Social Work, Welfare, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in welfare, community, or social services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with culturally diverse clients.
- Knowledge of NDIS, aged care, and welfare support frameworks.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in clients’ lives.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise initiative.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
