We are looking for passionate, experienced and qualified Assistant in Nurses (AIN) for multiple residential Aged Care facilities within rural and remote settings across Australia. Reporting to the on-duty Registered Nurse (RN) and working within an experienced clinical team, you will administer quality care, and provide physical comfort and emotional health support to our residents, ensuring they are met in a caring and nurturing environment.

You will bring with you a minimum of 6 months experience working within an aged care setting, as well full compliance as outlined below, and a high level of compassion, empathy and integrity in your work outcomes. Excellent English and communication skills are essential.

**About You**

To be considered for our talent pool, you must have;- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, III in Individual Support or equivalent- 6 months minimum work experience in an Aged Care setting- Current National Police Check- Current First Aid & CPR- Up to date vaccinations (COVID, including booster & Flu) or willing to obtain- Availability to travel for 3+ weeks at a time for work assignments- Knowledge of Aged Care legislation and regulations- A commitment to providing quality care- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A high attention to detail
