Highly sought after Department seeking experienced EL1 FOI Officer

**Your new role**
Legal Section is seeking an EL1 FOI Officer to work across several streams of responsibility. Operating in a dynamic environment, engaging with a range of stakeholders to provide guidance and advice to ensure the protection of information.

This work is interesting and challenging, often fast-paced and has a high degree of autonomy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this vacancy, you will
- be a problem solver, with the ability to report to emerging work swiftly
- make sound and careful recommendations to our stakeholders
- good understanding of government
- build and maintain professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior executives

This role requires sound judgement and discretion, the ability to work appropriately with sensitive and privileged information, good attention to detail, and the capacity to think strategically.

NV1 Security Clearance required (sponsorship may be possible)

Australian Citizenship
