**The opportunity**

Our Thrive Kids teams are continually growing to support our communities little humans in their educational growth. With that being said, we’re expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic OOSH Educator to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis at our Clarence Town OOSH Service.

Your role is an essential and highly important one requiring a high level of customer service and enthusiasm - assisting the Supervisor in planning, implementing and evaluating our OOSH programs for our communities little humans

An understanding of all relevant Acts and Regulations is a must, as we pride ourselves on our ability to maintain a safe environment for all.

- Deliver Education and Care for children enrolled in the OOSH service
- Assist the Nominated Supervisor to ensure the service is compliant with relevant Acts, Regulations and Service Level Agreements
- Engaging in healthy and positive relationships with school-aged children with a creative mind
- Demonstrate a genuine passion of working with children or caring for children
- This is a permanent opportunity - working part-time for 30.5 hours per week
- **Base Salary Range**:$49,089 - $53,235 - pa based on 30.5 hours + 11.5% superannuation + $1,856 retention allowance
- **You will be working from Thrive Kids Clarence Town service.**
