**Job Title: Casual Yard Hand - Scrap Metal Yard**

Are you hands-on, hard-working, and looking to be part of a growing local business? We're a small, family-run scrap metal yard seeking a **Yard Hand** to join our friendly and supportive team.

**About the Role**

As a Yard Hand, your primary duties will include:

- Sorting and grading various types of scrap metal
- Dismantling machinery and equipment
- Keeping the yard clean, safe, and organized
- Greeting and serving customers if the right fit

**What We're Looking For**
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Forklift licence a bonus (but not required)
- Experience in the scrap metal industry is great—but not essential
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

**Training and all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are provided.**

Pay: From $34.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rockdale, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
