Travel Consultant

With this in mind, we are seeking a travel consultant with a passion for all things adventure, exploration and travel. The position can be fulltime (Mon - Fri) or on a part time basis (2-4 days a week) with the flexibility to suit your needs. You will be working as part of a team of highly experienced consultants in an award winning family run business. You will be expected to assist across all levels of consultant’s work, including providing assistance to the entire team when workload dictates. The position is a salary based role, we all work on each other’s clients/bookings. We are one big happy family

Your key responsibilities include:

- Itinerary Planning, Quoting and Booking (complete booking process)
- Sales & Product research
- Administrative Support
- Keeping Up to date with Industry news and products
- in summary an “all round Travel Consultant”
- Have 3+ years experience in retail travel consulting (but not necessary)
- Have a strong rapport with their own repeat clientele
- Can work independently
- Attention to detail
- Passion for itinerary designing
- Teamwork skills
- Cruise specialist preferred
- Galileo Qualified
- Tramada Preferred
- Own Transport (no public transport options)
- Fully Covid Vaccinated
- Australian Resident Only (no working visas)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-38 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
