As Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations for the Crown Spa including team development and superior guest relations aligned with our standards that reflect “Above All Else”. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills will ensure Crown Spa provides the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will also be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and managing day-to-day financial requirements. With an interest in the spa and wellness market or experience as a hospitality leader, you will ensure Crown Hotels continues to provide a luxurious experience and aligns with Crown’s brand culture. You will also assist with guest enquiries and bookings, handle customer escalations and provide overall administration support.

Essential Criteria:

- Extensive operations experience in fast paced 5 star environment
- Demonstrated experience in superior customer service
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong team leadership skills and training & development skills
- Extensive customer service experience

Preferred Criteria:

- Spa software systems, preferably Book4Time
- Hotel property management systems including Opera
- Qualified Beauty or Massage Therapist (Other Health/Wellness Qualifications Eligible)
