**About this role**:
We are currently recruiting for a highly talented and experienced FF&E Interior Designer to join a prestigious studio on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time in the future. As a Senior FFE Designer, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for creating exceptional, one-of-a-kind designs for high-end residential and boutique hotel projects.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and sourcing bespoke FF&E items for high-end residential and boutique hotel projects
- Collaborating with clients to create custom design pieces
- Managing art procurement and advising on art selection for clients
- Undertaking sourcing trips overseas with clients to find unique Furniture, Lighting and soft furnishings
- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensuring that all designs are accurate, detailed, and completed to the highest standards possible.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Min. 8 years of experience in high-end residential and/or boutique hotel projects
- Ability to create comprehensive presentation packages and material, furniture, fittings schedules.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred
- Excellent technical knowledge and a good eye for FF&E design
- Passion for art and experience in art procurement
- Someone with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with clients.
