Little Wonders Montessori is a family-owned boutique centre committed to child development and wellbeing, nurturing children's love for learning. Our learning environments and curriculum are carefully planned to optimise learning outcomes for all children in our care. Little Wonders Montessori is a 50 place centre, located in Darra & Yeronga, which brings with it a natural outdoor play space and a completely resourced Montessori classroom.

**Who We Seek**

We are looking for qualified and experienced Childcare workers to join our team as our community continues to grow. We are currently recruiting for multiple positions and at multiple locations - Yeronga & Darra.

We are looking for someone interested in learning Montessori Philosophy. You will be part of a professional team that puts the child at the centre of everything we do. In this role, you will be working alongside other passionate educators, with the support of our experienced Centre Director.

LWM use StoryPark for observations, programming and direct parent communications.

**Responsibilities**
- Weekly, Monthly programming in StoryPark
- Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
- Writing up daily, weekly, monthly observations
- Managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development
- Preparing and conducting activities for children
- Entertaining children by reading and playing games
- Supervising children in recreational activities
- Supervising the daily routine of children
- Supervising the hygiene of children

**On Offer for you**:
**The right person must have**:

- MINIMUM CERT III in Child Education and Care
- One to two years of work experience
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to get one)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one Diploma qualification in childcare for Lead Educator role
- Available to work a minimum of four days
- Available to work shifts between 6:30 am and 6 pm.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
