Quality Officer

Clough is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 development, near Dongara, Western Australia. We are currently searching for a Quality Officer to join Waitsia Project team in Perth. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Quality team and ensure that the Quality records and documentation are appropriately maintained.

What you will bring to the team:
Your focus will include:
- Establishing and maintaining spreadsheets & records to control and manage quality activities.- Record keeping, quality documents data gathering & distribution, report writing, scanning & filing of quality documents.- Maintaining status control and registers of NCR’s / CAR’s, facilitating action tracking until close-out.- Maintaining quality records and data entry of specific quality related information.- Ensuring accurate entry of records into relevant databases, maintaining records for traceability purposes.- Assisting the Quality Coordinator through the distribution and tracking of Notifications of Inspection (NOI) to Suppliers / Subcontractors.- Reviewing various QC inspection reports such as NDT, welding records, pressure testing etc. for accuracy and confirming all project specific information for traceability is captured.- Reconciling quality records and confirming correct documentation for inclusion into work packs, test packs, turnover systems etc.- Liaison with the Completions Team to ensure all required documentation is available for systems handover.- Managing Supplier / Subcontractor MDR submissions to ensure timely closeout of PO / Subcontracts.- Acting as a focal point for the continuous compilation of the Project Data Book (PDB).- Supporting the collation and arrangement of information for project quality monthly reports.

What you will bring to the team:
- 2+ years minimum experience in a similar role.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention detail.- Experience with Document Management or Completions Systems databases desirable.- High level of experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
