**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Plasterboards sheeting and Flushing.
- Insulation Installation of Lightweight external cladding.
- Installation of Rondo lightweight steel framing, partition walls.
- Installation of exposed T-bar grid suspended ceilings, Rondo keylock suspended ceiling framing. Keep site records.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, set out partition walls and ceilings as per the documentation, maintain site records, and communicate with builders, clients and other traders to effectively solve the problems.
- Load and unload materials, and manage materials on site.
- Work safely follow job-specific safety statements, keep the work area clean, and manage hazards to reduce risk.
- Work efficiently to maintain construction progress to a fitout schedule
- Self motivated starter. Work independently without direction or as part of as a small team if requires.
- To undertake site safety inductions is essential for all sites.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining

Minimum five years Relevant experiences in wall and ceiling linings including set-out, framing, sheeting, flushing, cladding for commercial and residential projects.

White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate ) is essential.

Validated Driver license in Australia and personal vehicle are essential.

First Aid certificate is desirable.
