**About the role**:
Our Juniper Home and Community Care team provides community based care programs that assist our aged customers to continue to live independently in their own homes. Renowned for our commitment to the delivery of person centred care and best practice in relation to the provision of quality care, you will be working in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to Juniper's aged care customers in their own homes.
- Travel to customers' homes as part of service delivery.
- Prepare and cook meals while ensuring proper cleaning of equipment.
- Deliver meals to customers with care and professionalism.
- Follow and implement Client Care Plans accurately.

**Key Requirements**:

- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable car - essential
- Trade certificate, equivalent qualification or experience in commercial cooking environment and/or aged care catering - desirable
- Understand documentation and relevant aged care legislation
- Understand principles of Occupational, Safety & Health and correct manual handling
- Verbal and written communication skills
