**About the Role**

As a Home Care Worker at Bodwell, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Your practical care will help them maintain their independence. You'll assist with light domestic work, personal care, shopping support, medication prompting, social companionship, respite care, and transportation to appointments.

**Key Requirements**
- Certificate III and IV in Aged Care/Disability or completion of the first year of Bachelor of Nursing studies and Level 2 First Aid
- A compassionate nature with a solution-focused mindset
- Smartphone ownership
- Valid driver's license and access to comprehensive insured, reliable car
- Valid NDIS and WWCC (worker check not volunteer check)
- Current first aid, CPR and manual handling certificates (pay plan option available)
- Flexible availability from Monday to Friday during business hours (15-20 hours per week)
