**Franna Operator**:
Newlands Civil Construction (Newlands) an established civil contractor, located in Toowoomba is looking for a Franna Operator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to become a key team member in our dynamic civil construction company. Newlands has a positive work culture that has grown on the back of repeat business in the construction sector.

Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Franna Driver to join our dynamic team. Ideally you will have experience in the civil construction industry.

In this role, you will:

- Ensure safe operating of plant and equipment at all times and within the guidelines of the project’s safe operating procedures.
- Ability to conduct machinery and truck daily pre-starts
- Operate equipment in a safe manner

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

- Non-Slewing Mobile Crane Licence (Franna Licence)
- Trenching and earthworks experience
- HR / MR Licence, preferable but not essential
- Other Machine Tickets, preferable but not essential
- Civil Experience
- Construction White Card
- A positive approach and willingness to take initiative.
