**Job Description**:
The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas for the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in an assigned geographic territory within Oceania. The EAE will prospect and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, health systems and Radiology practices, respond to RFP’s, organise solution demonstrations to prospects, present price proposals, and close new business The EAE will work closely with prospects including the C-Suite to understand their strategic goals and together with our Pre-sales team develop solutions to meet these goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding 100% of sales quotas by selling the Intelerad suite of products and solutions to new client’s within the defined geographic territory
- Work with the Sales Director to create a territory plan and manage sales process from cold call to close, by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage
- Own cold call strategy, funnel (pipeline) development and management, territory development and close deals within assigned geography
- Develop, implement, and maintain an annual business plan supporting attainment of quota, updating business plan on a regular basis
- Maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel and accurate profile of prospects
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of IT, Intelerad and competitive products
- Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each client, including multiple levels within the client's organization
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory
- Provides constant feedback to Sales management on the territory environment
- Works in a team selling environment with other sales specialists
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ of relevant experience with a proven track record in account management
- Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging/radiography/radiology
- Understanding of CRMs such as Salesforce
- Excellent organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
- Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel
- This position requires up to approximately 40% travel.
