**The Position**

Working closely with the Product Manager of our Residential products portfolio, you will provide support to product lifecycle reviews, and make recommendations for rationalisation, pricing and inventory reduction. You will support end-to-end NPD through the development and execution of business cases; product development projects & marketing activation campaigns where new product development opportunities are identified. You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure launch plans are executed effectively.

This position is perfect for an innovative and commercial thinker who loves analysing data, trends and making recommendations where you can directly impact business success. No day, week or month is the same. Being part of a large local team, and even larger international business, you will be exposed to all areas including innovation design, product engineering, trade marketing and sales.

**Location and Compensation**
- Based in Blackburn, Melbourne
- Full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 + superannuation

**What will make you succeed in this role?**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related discipline
- A proven track record of at least three years relevant work experience related to marketing, product management or development
- Advanced MS Office Skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow up and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Great time management skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude - no task too big or too small
