**Scaffold Leading Hand Wanted - Join Our Growing Team**

**Location**: Coopers Plains, QLD

**Job Type**: Casual (Sub-Contract positions available)
**Pay**: Competitive rates + potential bonuses

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Scaffold Leading Hand** to join our team
If you have strong leadership skills, hands-on scaffolding or other height safety system experience, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Leading a team in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures
Ensuring all work meets safety standards and compliance regulations
Coordinating tasks, delegating duties, and supervising scaffold labourers
Conducting site inspections and reporting any safety concerns
Managing materials, tools, and equipment to maintain efficiency
Communicating with site supervisors and project managers to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience preferred (ticket also preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans
Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
White Card & Working at Heights ticket (or willing to obtain)
Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

- Overtime pay

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- MR Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
