We publish and sell family titles including the #1 jigsaw puzzle series from Australia on Kickstarter.

We're currently in an exciting growth phase expanding into retail stores as well as growing our online presence.

We're looking for a motivated salesperson to join this early stage growth in a 16 hours per week contract role for 3 months, but for the right person we'd be looking to upgrade to either permanent or part-time at any stage during this time.

The role will suit someone studying or looking to top-up flexible hours across the week, while gaining valuable experience working with an Aussie company and experiencing the thrill of making an impact at an early stage.

There will be opportunity to grow with us into a permanent role as we expand further.

**The goal**:
To help get our amazing products into more stores and identify further business growth opportunities.This is mainly a business-to-business role.

**Responsibilities (you will be taught all of the below)**

Identify business development & growth opportunities

Research retail outlets (toy/hobby/games/bookshops/retailers) and organize meetings with buyers to carry our stock.

Coordinate samples to buyers and visit shops.

Organize invoices and purchase orders.

Attend industry events/ includes additional paid travel.

Research online marketplace (ebay, amazon) strategies including growth to USA/UK/NZ.

Nurture relationships with current stockists and check in with anything we can do to help them.

Setup phone scripts/sales processes within Great Games for future growth and further team members.

Work to sales targets and ensure revenue is met and our growth continues.

Assist with customer support enquiries.

**Qualifications**

The role will require an organised and focused individual who is capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. An efficient multitasker with a good attention to detail is essential.

Love board games/puzzles? That's a plus

Must have driver's licence (travel is part of this role).

Confidence, kindness + sales experience will be highly regarded.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Excellent attention to detail.

A proactive, positive can-do attitude.

A hunger and drive to succeed.
