We’re on the lookout for a confident and reliable team member to join us at **Alfa Bakehouse Yarraville**. The role is front of house with a strong focus on our **sandwich bar** - making sandwiches, wraps, focaccias, salads, and toasting pre-mades. You’ll also be taking orders, running food, and keeping the energy upbeat in our busy, community-driven café.

If you have **coffee-making experience**, that’s a big plus - though not essential.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Mature-aged (27-55 preferred)
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused (or at least able to put on the smile when on shift)
- Previous hospitality experience, ideally in fast-paced cafés or food service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and ready to jump in where needed

**Opportunities for Growth**
For the right person, there’s the option to step into a **managerial role** in the future. This would involve rostering, stock ordering, and comes with more responsibility - and more pay. But if you’d rather keep things stress-free on the floor, that’s completely fine too.
